How to batch-produce Xiaohongshu posts
The most common problem with batch posts is that they all look alike. Here is a workflow that avoids it.
Split the topic into as many distinct angles as you need posts, write each post's title, copy and tags from its own angle, generate images from scene descriptions, then deliver everything numbered by post.
Why angles come first
Ask a person or an AI for 20 posts on one topic and they will be very similar. List 20 different angles first (audience, scene, pain point, comparison…) and write one angle per post, so the posts differ.
What each post contains
- A title of up to 20 characters with the hook up front
- 300–600 characters of copy in 3–6 short paragraphs
- 5–8 tags
- A concrete scene description per image: subject, setting, light, framing
Brand and banned words
Put brand words into each post's brief so they appear naturally; list words that must not appear (competitors, exaggerated claims) separately, check each post, and rewrite any that contain them.
How to deliver
One file per post, images numbered by post (01-1, 01-2…), and the whole batch in one archive, so the client can see at a glance which image belongs to which post.
- How many posts per batch?
- As many as you need; this tool does up to 30 per batch. The more posts, the more the angle step matters.
- Can I use a viral post as a reference?
- Yes. Paste it as the reference: its structure and tone are learned, its text isn't copied.
