Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

BatchMeow (量产喵, the "Service") is operated by an individual operator ("we", "us") at liangchanmiao.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service, including the workbench tools: Xiaohongshu batch posts, one-click image sets, AI explainer videos, product promo videos and software promo videos.

By creating an account, redeeming a code, buying credits or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and, if acting for an organization, are authorized to bind it. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

2. The Service

The Service is digital software delivered over the internet: you submit topics, copy, images or a website address, AI models and our own programs generate copy, images and videos, and the results are packaged for download. Credits arrive as soon as payment is confirmed; they are a digital product delivered immediately, so the refund rules in Section 5 apply.

Generation depends on third-party AI model providers (including Google, Anthropic, OpenAI and their resellers); their availability and output quality affect the Service. We will do our best to communicate major disruptions, but we are not responsible for the outputs of third-party models.

3. Accounts

• You sign in with an email code or a Google account; the first sign-in creates the account and there is no password. Keep your email and Google account secure; you are responsible for everything done under your account.
• An account is not activated by default: only accounts that redeemed a code or completed an online purchase can submit generation jobs; free planning features have a per-person daily limit and a site-wide daily limit.
• If you believe someone else is using your account, contact support@liangchanmiao.com immediately.
• If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.

4. Credits and payment

• The Service is billed in credits. Each job holds an estimated amount when submitted and charges only the parts that succeed; video tools charge only once the video is made. How each tool is priced is explained on the Pricing page.
• Credits come from two sources: codes issued by our resellers (you pay the reseller, who handles collection and after-sales), and credit packs bought online (priced in USD).
• Online purchases are processed by Waffo Pancake as the payment processor and Merchant of Record: you pay Waffo Pancake, tax is calculated for your region and added on top of the price, and the merchant name on your statement is the one shown at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
• Credits do not expire, there is no auto top-up, and nothing is charged without your action. Credits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may change pack sizes and prices; changes only affect later purchases, never credits already in your account.

5. Refunds

• If none of the credits from an online purchase have been used, contact support@liangchanmiao.com for a full refund; it goes back through the original payment method and the credits are removed from your account at the same time.
• Partly used packs are not refundable, because generation already incurred model costs.
• When a job fails because of a fault on our side, the held credits are returned to your account automatically; no request is needed.
• Payments for codes are collected by the reseller who issued them; contact that reseller for refunds. Activated codes cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed by Waffo Pancake; card refunds usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days, WeChat Pay refunds are usually immediate.

6. Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@liangchanmiao.com before disputing it with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and resolve confirmed errors within 5 business days.

7. Generated content and intellectual property

• Subject to these Terms, the copy, images and videos generated from your inputs ("Outputs") belong to you, and you may use them for any lawful purpose.
• The topics, copy, images, URLs and screenshots you submit ("Inputs") remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to deliver the Service. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models.
• You represent that you hold the necessary rights to your Inputs and that they do not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy.
• AI-generated content can be wrong, inaccurate or contradict the facts; review it before publishing. The Service's name, logo and software belong to us.
• Outputs are AI-generated: when you publish them on Xiaohongshu or elsewhere, label them as AI-generated where the platform or local rules require it, and do not present them as photographs or human-made work.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for any of the following; if you do, we may reject jobs, suspend the account and, in serious cases, keep the remaining credits:

• Generating content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent or infringes others' rights.
• Generating synthetic audio, video or images that impersonate real people or are meant to make viewers believe they are real.
• Generating sexual content involving minors, or anything that violates child protection laws.
• Using Inputs, Outputs or model responses to train, fine-tune or benchmark an AI model that competes with the Service, or harvesting Outputs at scale.
• Presenting AI Outputs as the advice of a licensed professional such as a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser where that could cause harm.
• Circumventing content filters, daily limits or other safety measures; reselling or sublicensing access without our written consent.
• Violating applicable laws, regulations or card network rules.

9. Data and privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in the Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed only by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and never passes through our servers.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI outputs.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid the Service in the 12 months before the dispute.
• You are responsible for how you use the Outputs, including the consequences of publishing them on Xiaohongshu or other platforms.

11. Termination

• You can stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are handled under Section 5.
• We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, triggers automatic risk controls (for example repeated prohibited submissions in a short time) or is flagged as abusive by a provider; suspension takes effect immediately, and running jobs finish normally.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

• We may revise these Terms; material changes are announced in the workbench or by email, and the date at the top is updated.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region where the operator is based; the parties will first try to resolve disputes amicably.
