Pricing

Credit-based, and you only pay for results that succeed.

How Xiaohongshu posts are priced

  • Each post's copy and each image is one step with its own credit price; images cost more than copy.
  • When you submit, the total of all steps is held; you see it before submitting.
  • Successful steps are charged; rejected, failed or skipped steps are not, and the hold is released when the job ends.
  • A single-image redo is priced separately and charged only once the new image is in the ZIP.

How explainer videos are priced

The storyboard and each page's image, voice-over and animation are steps, all held when you submit. Unlike image posts, a video is delivered whole: you're charged only once the video is made, and if any step ultimately fails, the whole hold is released.

How one-click images are priced

Each image is one step at the image price, held for the whole set when you submit. Like image posts, images settle one by one: a successful image is charged, a failed or rejected one is refunded; a single-image redo is priced separately and charged only if the new image succeeds. AI planning is free, up to 30 times per person per 24 hours.

How product promo videos are priced

Credits are held at the estimate when you submit, and you see the number before submitting; it is mostly the AI reading the photos and writing the copy, so more photos cost more. Like explainer videos, it's delivered whole: you're charged only once the video is made, and if it isn't, every held credit is returned. Editing text afterwards is free, up to 20 edits per video in 24 hours.

How software promo videos are priced

AI planning is free, up to 10 times per person in 24 hours; opening another direction is free too, with a daily limit per plan. When you generate, credits are held at the upper bound of 3 artist drafts per shot, and you see the number before submitting; it's delivered whole: you're charged only once the video is made, and if it isn't, every held credit is returned. Editing text is free; point to fix redraws one shot and is priced separately, up to 2 drafts, charged only once it's in the film, and not charged if both drafts fail.

How to top up

Credits are topped up with codes issued by our resellers: sign in and enter the code on the Credits page. If you don't have one, contact the reseller who referred you.

Am I charged when generation fails?
No. Only successful steps are charged; credits held for failed, rejected or skipped steps are released when the job ends.
Can I see the cost before submitting?
Yes. The job form shows the estimated credits, that amount is held on submission, and only successful steps are charged.
