Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

BatchMeow (量产喵, liangchanmiao.com) is operated by an individual operator. Privacy contact: support@liangchanmiao.com. There is no separate data protection officer.

2. What we collect

• Account information: your sign-in email; when you sign in with Google, the account identifier and verified email Google provides. The Service has no passwords.
• Payment information: order amount, currency, credits, payment status and the order and payment references issued by the payment processor. Card numbers and WeChat Pay accounts are handled by Waffo Pancake; we neither collect nor store them.
• Content you submit: topics, copy, brand and banned words, reference images, product photos, screenshots, website URLs, attached documents, and the copy, images and videos generated from them.
• Usage records: credit ledger, job and step status, usage and cost of each model call, content-filter hits.
• Device and logs: IP address, browser type, request timestamps and error logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
• Correspondence: emails and feedback you send us.

3. How we use it

• Delivering the Service: sending your inputs to AI models to generate content and storing the results for preview and download (contract performance).
• Billing and payment: charging credits per job, recording online purchases and code redemptions, processing refunds (contract performance).
• Support and notices: answering your questions, sending sign-in codes and essential service notices (contract performance, legitimate interests).
• Security and abuse prevention: rate limits, daily caps, content filtering, unusual-activation alerts and automatic suspension (legitimate interests).
• Product improvement: aggregate statistics on which features are used and how often they fail; aggregates cannot be linked to an individual (legitimate interests).
• Legal obligations: keeping transaction records as required by law and answering lawful regulatory requests.
• We do not currently send marketing email; if we start, we will ask for consent first and provide an opt-out. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• AI model providers: the text and images you submit are sent through our model gateway to third-party model providers (including Google, Anthropic, OpenAI and their resellers) to generate content; they process data under their own terms.
• Payment processor: online purchases are handled by Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record; at checkout your email, billing region and order amount are provided to it, and it handles card data under its own privacy policy.
• Infrastructure: email is sent by Resend (sign-in codes); DNS and network protection by Cloudflare; servers are located outside mainland China.
• Google sign-in: when you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides us your account identifier and email.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, a court or a regulator. In a merger or acquisition we would give notice in advance and keep equivalent protections.

5. Cookies and local storage

• Your sign-in is kept in one strictly necessary session cookie, valid for 30 days; it cannot be disabled, or sign-in would not work.
• Language and appearance preferences are kept in your browser's local storage, on your device only.
• The site currently uses no third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Security

• All traffic is encrypted with TLS; sign-in codes are stored only as hashes; provider keys are stored encrypted; data access follows least privilege.
• If a security incident affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of discovery, as required by law.

7. How long we keep it

• Account information: while the account exists; deleted or anonymized within 30 days of a deletion request.
• Generated files and uploaded materials: kept for 30 days after a job finishes for download, then eligible for clean-up; you can ask for earlier deletion.
• Credit ledger and orders: 5 years, for reconciliation and legal obligations.
• Request and error logs: 90 days.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, withdraw consent for consent-based processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email support@liangchanmiao.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. International transfers

Our servers and the providers above are located outside mainland China, including Singapore, Japan and the United States. Your data is transferred to and processed in those regions; we only work with providers that offer an equivalent level of protection under data processing agreements.

10. Children

The Service is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated; material changes are announced in the workbench or by email, and the date at the top is updated. Questions: support@liangchanmiao.com.
