- Do I need to register?
- No separate registration. Your account is created the first time you sign in with an email code; Google sign-in also works.
- Can a credit code be used to sign in?
- No. Codes are for topping up after you sign in: sign in first, then enter the code on the Credits page.
- How many posts per batch?
- Up to 30 posts per batch, with 1–4 images per post.
- Am I charged when generation fails?
- No. Only successful steps are charged; the rest is released automatically when the job ends.
- Why is there no text in the images?
- AI image models often get Chinese text wrong, so images are generated without text. Add titles and captions when you lay out the post.
- What format is the delivery?
- One ZIP: a Markdown file per post (title, copy, tags) plus that post's PNG images, numbered by post.
- How long can an explainer video be?
- 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes or 10 minutes, portrait or landscape, delivered as an mp4 with subtitles, the narration script and publishing notes.
- Am I charged if an explainer video isn't made?
- No. A video is delivered whole and charged only once it's made; otherwise the held credits are all released.
- How many images does one-click images make?
- 1–12 per set, portrait 3:4, square 1:1 or landscape 4:3, with 0–3 reference images if you like.
- Does planning in one-click images cost credits?
- No. Up to 30 plans per person per 24 hours; you can also skip planning and generate directly.
- What do I need for a product promo video?
- The product name, 1–5 selling points (16 characters each at most) and 3–12 product photos, which can come straight from a finished image set. 15 or 30 seconds, portrait or landscape, any of three templates.
- Can I edit the text after a product promo video is made?
- Yes. Edit the text in the video right on the job page and re-render for free; the picture and music stay the same. Up to 20 edits per video in 24 hours.
- Does a software promo video need a website?
- No. A website or a few lines of description is enough, plus 0–8 product screenshots; if the site won't open, it goes by your description and screenshots alone.
- Does planning a software promo video cost credits?
- No. Up to 10 plans per person in 24 hours; pick a direction and edit the on-screen words before generating, 15, 30 or 60 seconds, landscape or portrait.
- Can I change a software promo video after it's made?
- Yes. Editing text is free; point to fix redraws one shot in up to 2 drafts and is charged only once it's in the film. If both drafts fail, nothing is charged and the film stays as it was.
- Am I charged if a product or software promo video isn't made?
- No. Both are delivered whole and charged only once the video is made; otherwise every held credit is returned.
